I hereby grant Mindful Soul Movement, LLC permission to use photographs and/or video taken of me on April 18, 2025, at the Journey Kids Dental Women Wellness Workshop, for use on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

I understand and agree that no full faces will be shown in any published images or videos.

These materials may be used to promote or highlight the event or future activities related to Mindful Soul Movement, LLC. I understand that these images or videos may be used without compensation, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the final products or any accompanying captions or content.
